Worst truck shopping ever. Inquired on line. Salesman keep calling and leaving messages for 2 weeks. Made an appointment, he was not available when we got there, Carmello. Gave us to another salesman, did a test drive but he was on his phone the whole time, Ray. All the time Carmello was standing outside the building. They did not have what we were looking for, he came back w/ a window sticker for a truck. I made an offer for it, he came back w/ a price and had used or down payment amount to get the truck $ down to what I had offered, sneaky! Caught it and made a counter offer. Never saw him again, never received an answer. Carmello called the next day asking what color I wanted? I asked him what happened on the truck we were talking about. Tried to switch to another truck. When I asked what was the price and any details, he said he didn't know. I told him to find details and call back. Never called back. Horrible service and staff. I found out the original truck they were showing me was 300 miles away, I know they do not move 8,000lb. trucks for free as they offered. Caught them in lies at every turn. The only positive reviews had to be paid or employees.

I saw a listing for vehicle at a great price I was interested in. I called the dealership in the early morning and was told Kevin would call me back, when I did get a call back late in the afternoon I was told that car was available but someone else was also looking at the car and it would be sold first come first serve. I called back the next morning after speaking with my bank and was told the car was still available so I told them my financing was in place could they please send me a buyer's order. Immediately after I received the paperwork my bank asked for a picture of the title and the purchase would be completed. I called the dealership back and started to get the famous run around, okay we will send it (never happened), Kevin will call you back he is out of the office (which never happened) and no one else seemed to be able to help me. I always had to talk to Kevin. When I finally did get Kevin on the phone at 3pm and asked for the picture of the title again I was told okay I will send it, 2 hours later I received an email to say sorry the car was sold while he was out of the office, but tell me then why if I couldn't talk to anyone but Kevin it seems as Kevin is the only one who can sell the car, how did it sell if he wasn't there (how convenient).
