Dealer Review:
Bought a 2019 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali. Found undisclosed damage on the "certified pre-owned" truck a month after purchase. I set up an appointment to have the damage fixed. I did send them an email telling them that I will be getting it fixed but wanted to let them know that, either there's a glaring issue with their inspection process or (and more likely) they knew about the damage and sold is without disclosure. They made a 1/2 hearted attempt to make it right. They offered $975 on a $2700 bill. (Because they could get it fixed cheaper) (they're own words). cheaper fix? on a $70,000 truck? I had it fixed myself, fixed correctly by a reputable shop. I don't mind the bill. I didn't catch the damage until later, so I do expect to take responsibility for the fix. But that being said, I want to make sure everyone who reads this is aware of genuine lack of integrity at Alan Webb Chevrolet. Make your own judgment of the situation, but be aware of what has happened.
