Dealer Review:

Addison Autoplex did not disclose the dangerous condition of the suspension and steering on a truck I purchased. Not only did the manager claim that he'd personally driven the truck and it was safe and reliable but subsequent inspections by independent shops thought he'd tried to conceal the poor condition. The truck's wheel nearly fell off on the highway when I tried to drive it back to them. Also the control arm was against the spring, causing it to veer violently whenever it hit a bump. He swore it was safe for my elderly mother to ride it. What a lie. He's now refusing to reimburse the $2000 I had to spend just to make it drivable/safe. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH [non-permissible content removed]. They did their best to screw me.
