I recently purchased an AWD ID.4 Pro S from this dealership. They knew that I wanted to purchase an AWD Dusk Blue Pro S with Gradient Package and that I had one on order with VW and had been pre-approved by Navy Federal. I received a call on the morning of September 11th telling me that a vehicle matching my preferences had become available. When I arrived at the dealership, I was informed of two non-negotiable conditions of sale: there was a $3,000 "high demand vehicle" charge added to MSRP and in-house finance was required. I could either accept them as stated or wait 6 months or more for VW to fill my order. Were it not for the federal tax and EA charging incentives, I would have walked.
