We got our from them and it turn out that after 2 weeks there's clanking noise already. Prior to buying, we asked them if they did the full 160 point inspection of the car and they were confident with the answer. When we tried to raise the noise issue , they said they only did an inspection and does not guarantee anything. Hands off already in there! They made copy of our key copy and it does not even open the glove compartment of the car. Wheels has lots of curb rash which we accepted from the time of sale. Did not notify us that paint job was made on the car also. Please make sure just in case that "Theft Patrol" is supposedly an option not a fix sale with the purchase. We fall to their trap and we are reaping it.We don't understand what sort of standard they are observing for used car sales. No wonder it is better to buy from Longo or Keyes rather than going to Toyota Glendora. It is well money spent to extend your search somewhere else rather than going to Toyota Glendora.
