Had several very helpful salespeople at other dealerships that I wanted to go back to but they didn't have the car i wanted.This dealer happened to have the car for a decent price advertised on edmunds. I called to make an appt to get a test drive and asked if the car had a clean carfax. The saleswoman said it DID have clean carfax. turned out it did not have clean carfax. i found out later after signing purchase agreement, drove 2 1/2 hrs to test drive this car. Its dark by the time i get there. she gets the car quickly, we take a drive, the whole time she's talking so i can't hear the engine or other noises that i like to listen to see if anything sounds funny. We get back to dealer, she goes inside and I wanted to see the features inside and exterior. Make sure everything works, but felt rushed. Also did not get a look under hood or under car due to her rushing me. Then went straight to a table where she was ready to get me to sign a sales contract! told her didn't plan on buying that night without seeing car thoroughly . She got her manager, Al, was cordial at first then got pushy with me. Said it was the last day of the month, and there's no reason for me to wait. He promised that he'd guarantee it would pass MD inspection. I refused to to buy that night, He kept pushing, getting me to the point where I was fed up and just wanted to leave and never come back. Get texts from salesperson the next day and asked about fees..then i find out they have a $700 fee not included in advertised price!I get a call from the manager the next day and they offer to split the 700$ dealer fee that they forgot to mention to me earlier. I make another appt to go in daylight to see car,,2 hours away. Get there and AL says he never offered to split and no one evers offers to take off dealer fees. I had to show him the phone numbers that called my cell to convince him someone called me from this dealership. Someone was lying.I was ready to get up a leave again! I expressed my anger, then he went and did some research and came back with the half the fee off the price of the car .I had to ask several times to get a we owe in writing for the car to pass a MD inspection ( that he promised would pass), since i didn't live in VA. After being approached by the warranty sales person and refusing, and the salesperson trying to get my information all together had to keep going back to the manager. Then I saw the real carfax report with an accident on it! they avoided showing me the report until time to sign! Salesperson had told me it had a clean carfax..not true! Then was approached by the rudest person i ever met Aryan Shafiee..whose first impression was an arrogant snobby punk . Then had to go to the finance room with him and sign papers..he was rude the entire time, ( even my oldest daughter couldn't believe how rude &obnoxious he was to me and my kids) again my instinct told me i should get up and leave..but i toughed it out. Once again , signing papers saw the "we owe" said " we owe nothing" had to again tell them to correct that to say guarantee MD inspection. Ayran said for me to just write it in..snd sent me out of the room with no signed copies of anything. So then I had to ask the salesperson to ask the manager to sign the we owe!..was not walking out with an unsigned promise! Low and behold the car did not pass MD inspection with a over 500 $ dangerous repair needed and had to call over and over to reach manager to follow through with the "we owe" that they almost didn't sign. I have been to over 20 dealerships and all had much better customer service. IT's clear that they do not care about their customers, it's all about getting the money. Will never recommend this dealer and will never buy from them again. Too much dishonesty and covering up, hidden fees, hiding carfax reports reports and extremely rude finance person.

    Dealer Review:

    I had been car shopping for 2 years and finally decided on what car to get. Had several very helpful salespeople at other dealerships that I wanted to go back to but they didn't have the car i wanted.This dealer happened to have the car for a decent price advertised on edmunds. I called to make an appt to get a test drive and asked if the car had a clean carfax. The saleswoman said it DID have clean carfax. turned out it did not have clean carfax. i found out later after signing purchase agreement, drove 2 1/2 hrs to test drive this car. Its dark by the time i get there. she gets the car quickly, we take a drive, the whole time she's talking so i can't hear the engine or other noises that i like to listen to see if anything sounds funny. We get back to dealer, she goes inside and I wanted to see the features inside and exterior. Make sure everything works, but felt rushed. Also did not get a look under hood or under car due to her rushing me. Then went straight to a table where she was ready to get me to sign a sales contract! told her didn't plan on buying that night without seeing car thoroughly . She got her manager, Al, was cordial at first then got pushy with me. Said it was the last day of the month, and there's no reason for me to wait. He promised that he'd guarantee it would pass MD inspection. I refused to to buy that night, He kept pushing, getting me to the point where I was fed up and just wanted to leave and never come back. Get texts from salesperson the next day and asked about fees..then i find out they have a $700 fee not included in advertised price!I get a call from the manager the next day and they offer to split the 700$ dealer fee that they forgot to mention to me earlier. I make another appt to go in daylight to see car,,2 hours away. Get there and AL says he never offered to split and no one evers offers to take off dealer fees. I had to show him the phone numbers that called my cell to convince him someone called me from this dealership. Someone was lying.I was ready to get up a leave again! I expressed my anger, then he went and did some research and came back with the half the fee off the price of the car .I had to ask several times to get a we owe in writing for the car to pass a MD inspection ( that he promised would pass), since i didn't live in VA. After being approached by the warranty sales person and refusing, and the salesperson trying to get my information all together had to keep going back to the manager. Then I saw the real carfax report with an accident on it! they avoided showing me the report until time to sign! Salesperson had told me it had a clean carfax..not true! Then was approached by the rudest person i ever met Aryan Shafiee..whose first impression was an arrogant snobby punk . Then had to go to the finance room with him and sign papers..he was rude the entire time, ( even my oldest daughter couldn't believe how rude &obnoxious he was to me and my kids) again my instinct told me i should get up and leave..but i toughed it out. Once again , signing papers saw the "we owe" said " we owe nothing" had to again tell them to correct that to say guarantee MD inspection. Ayran said for me to just write it in..snd sent me out of the room with no signed copies of anything. So then I had to ask the salesperson to ask the manager to sign the we owe!..was not walking out with an unsigned promise! Low and behold the car did not pass MD inspection with a over 500 $ dangerous repair needed and had to call over and over to reach manager to follow through with the "we owe" that they almost didn't sign. I have been to over 20 dealerships and all had much better customer service. IT's clear that they do not care about their customers, it's all about getting the money. Will never recommend this dealer and will never buy from them again. Too much dishonesty and covering up, hidden fees, hiding carfax reports reports and extremely rude finance person.

    When they are selling you, take you to a fancy room and explain all good thing about their extended warranty and push you to buy the most expensive one. They just talk and tell you about their free maintenance every 5k and good service you will get if your car has any problem. AND they tell you just take your car here for a service and GET A FREE LOANER CAR !!! BUT, when you take your car for maintenance, they charge you $5 for the loaner car !!! When I contacted to sales department and asked to talk to their manager, HE SAID: you will get a free loaner if your car has problem, NOT FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE !!! I asked him to talk to his manager, He sai I"M THE HIGHEST PERSON HERE and I do not have any manager !!! I called other Ourisman dealerships to find a way to contact Ourisman corporation managers, They also told me you can not talk to any managers higher than dealerships managers !!! I wen to Ourisman even paid $400 more than BillPage, that time I bought my car to have better services. BUT I'm REGRET IT NOW.
