Our salesperson, Marco, although young, was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We agreed upon the price of a new vehicle we intended to purchase and for the price of our trade-in. Everything went smooth as butter! If there is one critique, I have to say that although we purchased our vehicle in cash, the finance lady (I forgot her name) was pushier than I wanted in regards to purchasing an extended warranty. Her arguments sounded that the vehicle we have purchased will have some electrical issues in the future due to the complexity of the modern vehicles of today. We have always purchased our vehicles brand-new, and we have never ever had to purchase nor have had the need for such an extended warranty.

Dealer Review:

They sold the car out from under me. And I had cash! I took it to my dealer to find out what maintenance may be necessary then asked LAS to consider making those modifications. They said they would get back to me in a couple of days after they had taken a look themselves and let me know what they would do. They didn't call back and when I called, they had sold the car. It seems to me that the name is anything but luxury. They do not focus on the customer nor on the used cars they deal. My guess is they put in little or no maintenance work on any car they take in. "Churn" seems to be their motto. What a hassle it would be to find out that, after spending $12,000 on a 38,000 mile car you'd have to spend another $1,100 to make it safe to drive - CV axel, change spark plugs, new cabin filter - all of which needed to be done and had not been done in the car's five-year history as far as our mechanic could tell. And a leaking CV boot of all things - they wouldn't fix that before selling it? Holy cow. I pray for the folks who bought it. Buyer beware.
