I wish I could say that this internet long distance process has been smooth but it truly has been anything other. I would have rather sat in a dealership for the normal "all day process" then this. I am at my witts end and I so wished that I choose another dealership to run my credit and attempt to get me financing. I have done all my part and the followup is really lacking. However, I must say that they were friendly to deal with but this is so exhausting. I don't even want to do this any more. Thanks anyway.

I came in this past weekend (10/26) with my family to turn in a lease and see what options were available to me. I had an appointment with Steven, he had a customer given to him 15 minutes prior to me getting there. He texted me, apologized and asked me if I wanted to sit with someone else or come in later to sit with him. He wanted to take care of me. I told him I didn't mind waiting. In between helping another customer, he made us feel like we were important. He kept us busy, I texted him the lot #'s of the car at his request and he gave us the keys so we could sit in the vehicles we liked and help come to a decision quicker. We appreciated not being pushed over to someone else. When it was our time, both my wife and I test drove two vehicles...one a Palisade! In over ten years at this location, I have never received this type of service. I let him know that I wanted to start with the Palisade and there was none of the typical..."Oh, we have great deals on these Sonata's / Elantra's" etc. That was refreshing. He understood what my ultimate goal was and we got down to business. No B.S.! We were there for the whole day, he made sure my family had lunch and that our car buying experience was enjoyable and not a chore. He gave us good advice when asked, was not aggressive and it led to us making a great choice. I couldn't have been happier with the experience. He was professional, courteous and got the job done without me compromising anything. At the end of the day, I would recommend Steven to any one of my family or friends!
