Ok, I purchased a 2018 Silverado. We were welcomed with very friendly salesman. We found the truck we wanted. I had a lot of questions as this truck was 3 yrs newer and had some changes. The salesperson did not know the truck or how to demo it or was the truck options were. We went to pick up the truck, no help at all. I am a single women. They watched me unload my old truck and offered no help at all. I had questions about the new trailer items and he new nothing. I asked about t the new cover on the bed of the truck. No help. He new nothing about the truck, cover or trailer package. I was told to read my manual. Really???? Then my truck was at 51% oil life. I was told it was from warming the car up in the cold. Really. I was told the salesman would call me back. It's been 2 weeks and no call. So, I expect a free oil change. I will see if it happens. We got a great deal. Better than anyone around in Troy and St. Charles. BUT....they need to learn a little more customer service and knowledge about the car/truck they are selling. Good luck. If you buy a car there you will get a good deal and learn how to read you manual. LOL
