(Please Read Before Visiting) If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. Where do I start. Me and my mother were eyeing a 2019 Honda Accord Sport. A few different dealers had it for a much better price. So we presented those offers to this dealer. We spoke to Mike Pelletier over phone. He advised us to send him the offers by email. We emailed him the offers. We advised him we would be trading in a car. KBB value of $23, 000, and appraised at $22,000, at multiple other dealerships. He tells us he is gonna speak to his manager, and get back in touch with us. He calls this past friday, speaks to my mother, stating that basically we are crazy for trying offer that price for the 2019 Accord Sport, and that they would be losing out on money. We advised him, that other dealers, had the same vehicle more aggressively priced. He advised that they are full of it, and it can't be true. When it fact it was true, we received multiple order forms, that had the out door price, and showed exactly how much the price of the vehicle, tax, tags, and fees would be for that vehicle. (For anyone reading this, an order form, with an out the door price , is your best friend. It will save you so much time, and headaches.)He still advised to my mother that basically we were lying. And that they could only offer $19,000, and that we were crazy if we thought we were going to get more than for the vehicle. It was so much back and forth. A massive headache. He was so condescending to my mother, it disgusted me. He talked to her like she was stupid, and frankly seemed sexist. Keep in mind this was all over the phone. Imagine if we actually came in person. Please save yourself some time, and a headache, and don't do business with this dealer. We ended up purchasing the same exact Vehicle at (Brandon Honda) for much cheaper, with so many accessories included in the price. Plus they gave us a trade in value close to $22,000. About a 3k difference to what Tampa Honda had advised me. If you are looking for a honda dealer, definitely check out Brandon Honda. Everyone was super nice, and you could tell that they actually cared about having your business. Their was no back and forth haggling like their was with Tampa Honda. These people are [non-permissible content removed] . I purchased a Ford Focus which had active recalls on the clutch and electric transmission panel which was absolutely not brought to my attention when purchasing. They boasted the car with having low miles and low on gas. Meanwhile there's several class action lawsuits going on with this car. I had the car since almost the end of September so a little under 6 months. And it's already having transmission issues. When I called them the manager I spoke with was very rude and not sensitive to my issues at all. He just kept saying, "well you bought a used car" or "you bought the car" basically this is my problem now so go away. The car was serviced by ford 7 times prior to when I just brought it in to Ford all were for transmission issues. I'm still making payments on this piece of junk. And they don't care at all. They offered me a %15 discount on repairs, what a joke. Buyer beware. I have 3 kids and this is messing with my lively hood. I feel completely ripped off.

I initiated conversation to purchase a vehicle remotely. I recently purchased one through Atlantic Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. Let me tell you, Atlantic made it easy as possible to purchase a Jeep without stepping foot on the lot. We traded in an older Silverado. The sales rep even brought the forms and met me at work to sign them! When I wanted to buy a Toyota, my experience was far from the same. There were multiple issues that kept cropping up and eventually I cancelled the sale. I NEVER saw the car, never took possession but just got off the phone with the DMV folks because they were getting ready to suspend my license because I didn't have insurance on this car that I NEVER saw in person! Ridiculous and the salesman is quick to tell me they have nothing to do with the DMV! Well, the DMV wouldn't be trying to do this if the dealership hadn't told them I bought a car. The whole situation is laughable because they seemed like they didn't want to make the sale, they kept bringing up issues that needed to be resolved. Let me tell you this is now the icing on the cake. I had to pay the DMV to clear my license!

Title says it all. Live 15 mins from Mel. Toyota and ended up buying my new vehicle 60 miles away after haggling with guys over $400. They have a managers special and showed me a repair bill of $750 done on a broken window.
