They only care about getting you'll money. They lie about milage on their advertisements. I went to go look at an suv on there lot. A chevy trailblazer. Ads for it online say 150000 miles around. The dashboard in the truck said 180000 around. Then the guy trying to sell it to me almost seemed in disbelief that I had wanted to test drive the vehicle before making a decision on making a purchase. Even tried saying he could get in trouble for allowing me to take it for a spin. And when he let me finally drive the suv he still wouldn't put dealer tags. Then tried playing hard ball on the price afterward asking for 6k plus taxes and fees. The kkb of the suv was 3500 in excellent condition. The vehicle was in average condition at best and still couldn't take it on a main road to really find out. I told the gentleman about the kkb value of the vehicle and he shrugged and said kbb had no clue what they were talking about.

I bought this 2011 Mercedes Benz E-class (Vin #wddhf5gb8ba477879) and it broke down 2 days after I bought it. I took it to a Mercedes dealership and had it diagnosed and it was the gear shift module. Caspian stated that they fixed it but it broke down again the day I got it back. Same problem and it almost caused an accident on the highway. This car is a lemon and not worth buying and anyone who buys this car will have the same problems. Only a Mercedes dealership can fix this problem and Caspian doesn't have the qualifications to fix it. DO NOT BUY THIS CAR. It is a threat to the life of anyone who does.

From the first message sent, to signing the loan(s), the staff there made everything super easy, fast and most importantly, stress free! There was absolutely no pressure from the test drive all the way through the "add-ons" during the signing process. They just offered and if we didn't want it, that was fine, we moved on. We were hands down not the easiest customer(s) to deal with due to my good credit score, but had some issues years ago, that the banks didn't care for. Even after we left the lot knowing I wasn't approved and were pretty much dead in the water, our salesman Mike continued to work on it and think outside the box. He worked with the "finance guy" Travis (not sure the proper title, sorry Travis!) And got us not 1, but 2 phenomenal interest rates that I've personally never have seen in real life, lol. So I found the most beautiful truck I had ever laid eyes on, on cargurus. Decided to send a message and inquire about it. I got a very fast response and set up a time to go look at it. The pictures online, did almost no justice to just how beautiful this truck actually was. It was love at first site and marriage was inimment. While there, my fiancée (who wasn't really car shopping) also saw a car that was pretty nice and decided to test drive it. Not only were the cars very nice, low milage and high quality, I think alot of our overall decision came down to how well we were treated by everyone at the dealership. We ended up buying 2 cars that we both love and will have a very long time. I've been to many dealers over the years, just like most people. I've bought trucks, beater cars, luxury cars (audi, Benz, bmw), motorcycles, you name it. Ive only ever been to 1 other dealer where i/we were treated as friendly and as good as we were at rocky ridge. I can not say it enough. They jumped through hopes, got answers on questions that aren't typical questions and worked with us. WE WILL BE BACK FOR FUTURE BUSINESS, no doubt about it! Thank you, Mike, Travis and Jeremy. I got a great car at a great price. Right now, it's a seller's market due to demand exceeding supply for both new and used cars. If you find the car you want, so does a bunch of other people. This allows dealers to set prices that would be unheard of a year ago. And many if not most dealerships are unwilling to negotiate on price. When many are proclaiming to give you a "no haggle price", that just means they are not willing to negotiate. Ourisman Honda of Laurel was different. They had a target selling price and I had a target buying price. And they were willing to negotiate. We didn't even meet in the middle, but they came much closer to my price. This was because I had a great salesman who was willing to fight for me to get the price I wanted. My salesman was Donny Edwards and he went to management with what I was willing to pay and wasn't about to lose this deal. In the end, I was very happy to drive away with the car I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. I highly recommend Donny to anyone looking to buy a new or used car from Ourisman Honda of Laurel.
