Went to Danbury Honda to look at used a Honda Civic. I was ready to buy, but there was damage to the front. I asked if that could be fixed before I purchased. They could not give me an answer that day, but needed to 'talk to management' in the AM. I did not hear back all the next day. I called at 5pm and got hold of my sales person. He informed me that it was sold that AM. At no point was I given the option to buy as is (my sales person said that they couldn't let it go as is, wouldn't be right). Worse, when I asked why no one called me back at least tell me it was sold, I was told "I was too busy today". I gave up an hour of my time to look at the car. This is a terrible experience and looks like I am off to Mazda and Toyota. Exactly why I stopped buying Honda.

I asked if I could scan and send that writing price by email for time saving. She said no and I must be there. I asked if I visit your garage, can you guarantee to beat that price down? she said no.During the whole phone call, she continually to speak for 10 minutes. I almost can not have a chance to say a word. She didn't have any patience to listen to me and finally hang up immediately. I called back to her want to express my meaning. She became even more crazy and said she don't care my complain or report her bad behavior to anywhere. She said to me:"you can do anything whatever complain or report or bad review." She also said because she is a manager so she don't care. She is the most rude customer representative I have seen in NJ. Her behavior damaged the reputation of this dealership. I will tell this story to any one I know in NJ and suggest them to avoid this horrible dealership.

When we were in the middle of the deal, we realized the way they were doing it was to apply the CT state evehicle tax credit as a "discount." Which didn't work for us, because we would get that anyway, in addition to whatever discounts the dealership gave us. So we walked out (yes they let us walk) and bought the car in Northhampton Mass for the price offered in Baltimore. No muss, no fuss. I'd go back to Brandfon- nice people- but I would watch their arithmetic VERY CAREFULLY.
