I live approximately 150 miles from the dealership and Deb drove the car and the paperwork all that way. Delivering a clean and full of gas car. Because of this I excused her without having her show me how to operate all of the features (this car has a TON) However the warranty and service contract were supposed to have been faxed or emailed to me the day after delivery. It has been a full week now and after multiple calls I still have not received that paperwork and it’s imperative that I have that paperwork. Just leave me very frustrated

The worst buying experience I have ever had! I had a sales appointment on 1/30/2021 at 3pm ( I have a written confirmation as proof ) , I spent 1 hour 40 minutes to reach there because I was coming from Tampa! I did a test drive, I signed the customer approval page (management approval was done also, I have a copy of it) I paid $5,000 using my credit card at 17.43pm. The rest of the payment was supposed to be a cashier check and as of today which is February 1, I was going to visit the bank and get the check (since I couldn't do that on a Sunday). I did not receive the paper works via e-mail after I left as promised (The buyer is my sister and she was at home with her children; therefore, she was going to sign the papers online) I gave a call to the sales representative on Sunday to inform them I did not receive anything from them. They did not pick up the phone, than I sent an e-mail to Mr. Randy Franco and Ms. Laura Lazor. No answer from them. Today I gave them a call and I talked to Mr. Randy. And finally, he told me that there was a mistake, by mistake they sold the car to somebody else after I left. As I know there was one more appointment at 7pm on Saturday. Probably VW Orlando South got a higher number from her pocket and thought that it is a better deal on their side. I will also submit a complaint directly with the VW USA. I hope nobody will have that kind of experience.
