Worked with Chris to purchase a vehicle which we love. We were promised they would purchase our vehicle at said price with the additional $1600 for a tax, tag, & title credit because we were doing a trade in. The state had our title messed up in which Daryl the manager said no worries they could still do the purchase of our current vehicle at said price no matter the time frame. We finally get the title cleared(the state had 420,000 miles vs 42k) a month later. We go to sign the paperwork and they can no longer do it as it's been to long(approximately 30 days we all know how the government works) even though Daryl and Chris both said it wouldn't be an issue but they forgot they said that. Needless to say they both lied and only wanted to sell the vehicle and not give us the additional tax, tag, title credit. This will be the last time we deal with them and I would recommend everyone stay away from these two. If they promise something make sure you get it in writing. I drove 170 miles/3hours from out of state to purchase a used car that they had no pictures of on carfax, because they wouldn't receive the trade in till they delivered the special order new car at a later date. The communication this dealership does is incredible. From my inquiry, all the way till months after my purchase to make sure I was happy. Melissa Wadley was a fantastic Client Advisor. She described to me exactly what the trade in I was interested in, had and didn't have, and what to expect. I punched in my trade in into carfax, and it auto did a cash value they would pay. I communicated with them, they had me send pics and vin to them. They gave me a very reasonable offer, pending them visually inspecting it. The entire process was done via text and phone calls, pending my inspection of the car. Got to the dealership an hour before the trade in I wanted to purchase, was to arrive. They inspected my trade in and agreed on the price we talked about. I inspected the vehicle I wanted to purchase, and it was all that Melissa said it was. The deal was signed, sealed, and delivered with no issues or price changes. They even sent 2 overnight letters after I purchased the vehicle. The 2nd one with copies of the tracking # and paperwork sent to my out of state DMV, so I knew when they got it and could go down to get it, and add my wife to the title. This dealership is awesome. The integrity of Melissa and those I communicated with was spot on. I will travel the 170 miles again on my next purchase.
