When I told the salesmen what I was willing to pay, I overheard the sales manager telling my salesmen "no, tell him to get the [non-permissible content removed] out of here". While I was walking out the sales manager rudely ask "why I thought I could purchase that car at that price?" He continues to insult me by saying "people usually do research before coming into the dealership and are educated on price". So, let's recap I knew what the value of the car was and I went higher, and the dealership still turned me away. This sales manager is the reason people hate purchasing cars and going to dealerships.

Bought a brand new 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 Trail Boss. Salesman did not go over and explain all features and then had me drive the vehicle home after telling him the vehicle was misfiring while idling. One week later vehicle became disabled and had to be towed to dealership. Found out it had a broken valve spring in cylinder that GM was aware of problem. Had to have engine pulled and have all springs replaced in cylinders . Was without vehicle for 3 weeks with no cooperation from dealership to help with some type of compensation for this major inconvenience. I was told by the dealership it’s not there problem, and I would have to file a case with GM. After review by GM, they said nothing they can do. I got zero assistance from GM or the dealership. I would never return to dealership or buy another GM product again.
