When I was ready to buy, they brought over paperwork starting with a higher number than what was advertised on their own web site or the car sites like Autotrader. Oh but I didn't "qualify" for that pricing because I was either not trading in or my trade in was below a limit. I of course would have known this if I had read 3 screens down in the middle of a paragraph that explained the price in big letters at the top was only for trade-ins newer than 2010 and worth more than a certain price. Walked right out after that kind of 1970's used car salesmanship.

I had a deposit on a 2020 Chevy after seeing their Dealer website and advertisement and then calling and confirming and then putting deposit. I got to the dealership to finalize the next day and General Service Manager said he could not do the deal. All new staff and a MISTAKE.. Ridiculous and they should not be given a second chance.. Made me drive over an hour for nothing and all they could say was SORRY.. Do not waste you time with them.. Their Ford Dealership used to be one of the best but Chevy Dealership is unprofessional and a mess!!! BEWARE!@@
