Henry, I did have trouble getting in touch with your sales staff and it was not a pleasant experience at all. I live in Park City and have my son home from school on break. I found the truck I wanted and would have liked to get all the details done before I came into the dealership. It was completely impossible to get a price from 3 of your sales staff and what rebates I could qualify for. Your web price showed rebates together that cannot be used together (I know you have a disclaimer about that which is why I wanted to get a firm price before I came in). After using your online vehicle purchase I figured out the price and rebates that worked and sent it to the salesman to verify. (At this point I should have earned the commission on the sale my self, since I had done all the work ). I was ready to purchase the truck when I got a text from the salesman that the truck is actually more expensive than the price listed (all the add ons where listed on the sticker/web description.). So what add ons he was referring to is unknown to me and to him. I would have guessed that in this day and age with direct to consumer car companies coming more popular that your sales team would at least know the price of the vehicles they sell. The just before purchase price increase seems very illegal and something out of old sleazy car salesman stories. I am a local business owner and I would never be allowed to get away with doing this to my clients, nor would I want the reputation of doing that kind of sleazy negation. Unless I am wrong I do believe you cannot lead a person on about a price (which I was told the price on the truck was 47k and it is impossible to get that price once you want to buy the truck, even through your online purchase? I am also curious what would have happen if I continued with the online sale? Would you have still changed the price? I am glad I did’t, I don’t trust you having my personal information. You may want to read the Utah code Truth in Advertising below; Utah Code 13-11a-1, et seq.: Truth in Advertising Wrong if "makes false or misleading statements of fact concerning the reasons for, existence of, or amounts of price reductions, including the false use of any of the following expressions in an advertisement" I have never purchased a vehicle from you and I am the type of person that honors honesty, respect with loyalty. My last vehicle I purchased from Riverton Chevy. 2012 Chevy Avalanche. I have for the life of my truck used their service dept for everything on my truck, Oil changes, tires, rotations, even to change out my wiper blades. I tell you this because I am not a “give me a deal and never see me again”. The dealership I use is as important as the vehicle I drive. I would say at this point you have not in any way earned my business. I hope you will take extra care in removing my name, email and phone number from any of your sales follow ups. I will not be polite if I am contacted from one of your subpar sales staff about wanting to get me in a truck. I am guessing based on the service I received that you might have gotten a few emails just like this before. My advice to you, would be to get with the times. Service is was sells now and sleazy sales tactics are so old and used up. With a quick search on the net I can find all the pricing you pay for your trucks and what others have paid in other cities states etc. You aren’t fooling anyone. Warmly, Brian

Stay away from this place!! They do not care about you at all It has been the worst experience we have ever had buying a car, and we have bought from a lot of crappy places unfortunately. This is by far the worst. We leased 2 cars from here. They raised the price every time we told them that we could't pay that, and then proceeded to sign paperwork even though we said we needed time to think about it. We asked if there was anything that they could do to lower it, so the gave us a year old car which was fine with us. They gave us our price, and then AFTER we signed a contract, they brought up a different contract that we had to pay for because we had already signed the other one and the new contract brought our price back up to what they originally said! We then asked them about the maintenance plan that they do on the car. It was a one time fee for us to bring our car in 4 times a year to get it serviced. We told them that we didn't want it because we were moving in a few months and they told us that we should still buy it because it worked at any KIA location. Well what do you know, when we moved and went to take it in, they told us it wasn't valid and we had to pay for all of our repairs! So they flat out lied to us just to get our money. Our next big issue was our salesman, Javier, told us a unch of fantasy stories about how people had ruined their engines and the carpets in their cars and if you took it into KIA they would replace them for free! So we were way excited about that. Well in a parking lot a couple of months later our car was hit and it left a big dent in the front and scratched the front. When we took it in, they told us that they dont cover any of the damage on any car for any reason and it added extra money onto our buyout (what??). Lies. Dont trust them. Overall, they will tell you all the lies in the world (Im looking at you Javier!!) just to get our money, and then once they had us in the contract, they ran and wont give us any money back for the service plan that we cant use, and customer service just passes us around until we just hang up. STAY AWAY!!!"

I have never been given the run around like this place has done. Bought a NVP 4x4 conversation because I liked the fact it was all Nissan and they didn't cut a hole in the floorboards for the transfer case selector. I live 13 hours away and didn't have the time to drive or fly out to visit the dealer. Called a salesman that was very friendly on the phone. Told him what I was looking for and I wanted one already set up if they had one. Was told they had 3, 2 white and one black. I had him price me a white one and gave them my trade in info. The price was right so I gave them some money to, I thought hold one of the white ones. They sent me paperwork to sign and it all looked good. Fast forward a few days and I call to see about a delivery date. Mind you I paid to have it shipped to me and pickup my trade in. I'm told it just has to be checked over in the shop and it will be ready to go. The next day he tells me it's on the lift getting the 4x4 put in. I thought I purchased the one already done and questioned what I had signed papers on. They knew when I signed papers I wasn't getting the van I thought I was but didn't bother to inform me of that. I'm pretty easy going if you are honest with me. Forward a few more days and we are preparing to leave on vacation. The evening before we leave I get a call saying that it shipped that morning and would be at my house before we left. Let's just say it wasn't. It actually shipped that evening and there was no way it was going to make it. We left without it on a Friday. The transport company dropped it off the next day and the person I had sign for it sent me pics. The ones I had been sent pictures of had aftermarket wheels and tires and was the one I originally thought I was buying. Mine has factory rims with highway tires on a 4x4!!!!!!! They also told me the mileage on the van when it came off the trailer was 1726, the odometer statement I signed said 71!!!!! Where did the extra miles come from? After many phone calls and a ruined vacation for me I was told I had said I would do wheels and tires on my own, the only thing I said I would do on my own was trailer brake controller. My girlfriend left a bad review on their FB page and when the dealer found out they told me they could no longer talk to me till the review came down. She took it down and I still can't get a return phone call or text. I looked on FB after I found the review my GF left and it was full of negative reviews. As of this review they have removed that feature from their page. Hey guys just be upfront and honest with your customers and it goes a long ways. I'm sure when they see this review they will also want me to take it down in order to work something out. I offered to buy the tires locally if they sent me the rims I thought I was getting but no call back and it's been right at a week with no response from them. I even called today 8-13-19 because I still have my trade in sitting here and the forecast is for very high wind and large hail. I was checking to see if they wanted me to put it inside somewhere so it didn't get beat up and sand blasted but never received a call back from the salesman or manager after leaving voicemails with both. Be careful when dealing with this place. On a side note: I am very happy with the work the service department did and the van rides great and has lots of power. It’s also very comfortable to drive and the kids love the room.
