As someone who is credit score challenged currently I was initially very happy to have found iRide since I was trying to get out of my current vehicle which is upside down in equity with a large monthly payment. I was pre-qualified at a certain amount and found a car (2016 Honda Fit) that worked for my qualifications and monthly payment. Upon first inspection the car seemed fine but told them for a final deal would have to let a Honda mechanic where I work (a Honda dealership) see it. No problem I was told, we'll give you 3 days/300 miles with no obligation. Immediately after signing papers I left to go have it looked at. Once up on the lift it was apparent the vehicle had serious damage from an accident AND rust that was hidden by what was the worst bodywork the mechanic had ever seen, which consisted of what appeared to be Bondo filler covered with very low quality paint that not only didn't match but had dried drip marks all over the place. Body moulding/trim pieces were also loose and looked ready to fall off. I returned the car immediately only to find the salesperson and finance manager had left for "awhile", so told the Sales Manager who seemed zero surprised that I was returning the vehicle. He said they would tear up the paperwork and he would let them know. I never received a phone call or followup despite the "we care for our customers" speech I received from the salesperson (Anthony). Buyer beware, this place does a nice job of covering up but once behind the mask...it ain't pretty.
