I explained to him that I was interested in the car and wanted to know about any issues there might be as I would be coming from over an hour away to see it. He made clear there were no issues. I called back to double check that there was nothing I needed to know about the car. I told him I would be buying the car if everything was as he said it was but was coming from far away and wanted all the information I could get. I kept asking about any issues because the price was almost too good to believe and I was buying the car for my daughter who has just started driving. He assured me there were no issues. I told him I was on my way and he said to text him when I got there. When I got there, there was no Brandon. They said he was a phone operator not a sales person. I told the sales person what car I was there to test drive and buy. She looked up the car and said it was a loner car and that the car was not there. After receiving an email Carlos V. on Monday confirming that the vehicle was available, I called to set up an appointment for Wednesday. I emailed them around 9:30 to confirm the address, received a reply withing 20-30 mins, on my way to the dealer I also received a text message confirming the address. After I get there, a sales representative looks in the system and asked me when did I inquired about the vehicle, then he tells me that it sold. Then they try to sell me another vehicle that is was twice the price. The sales representative when to talk to the manager who was about 20-30 feet from me, and he didn't even have the decency to go apologize for the inconvenience. I spent one hour each way, plus the waiting, plus fuel and tolls, and this is how they respect the customer's time and money. If I could give a negative star to this dealer and the manager I would, but just my recommendation is don't waste your time!

One of the worst car buying experiences ever. I was purchasing a Audi Q5 for my mother and I sent over the exact sticker of the vehicle I wanted and the terms of the lease. The Sales associate Parul agreed to the deal. I was asked to come in and pick the car up at 7pm. When my mother and I arrived at the dealership, the car that they had for us was not the car we agreed to purchase. After we explained to Parul that this was the wrong car he explained it to the Sales Manager Suzanneh. She came over to the table and basically told us that this was the car we they had for us and we could take it or leave. I've worked in the car industry for many years and I have never been treated with such disrespect and dishonesty. I implore those who are reading this review do not waste your time going to this dealership.
