I had a good experience with buying a CPO Jetta from this dealership. I got a good value on my trade and they were able to give me a good deal on my Jetta. I had some issues with checking the loan check to them which they were accommodating. When I took the car home, I noticed that one of the under panels on the inside of the car was loose and making a rattling noise and JP the GM and the service manager took care of it with a quick fix when I came back to the dealership to give them the check. Thanks for everything and will definitely look to do more business with these guys when I am in the market for an Atlas in a couple years!

[HTML removed] I bought the 2017 Titan from Infiniti of Macon on 16 June 2020. On 01 July 2020 I had a hard time starting it and immediately took it to headquarter Nissan. They told me they had to change the fuel filters because they were Filthy. I thought maybe I had purchased bad fuel so I paid the $250 plus bill, and thought it was fixed. On July 3, just 2 days later, I was in Fort Walton with my family. I had recently purchased a Camper trailer. After parking my trailer, I realized it wouldn't start. I waited till monday, due to the 4th of july weekend(nothing open) and I had it towed to Lee Nissan in Fort Walton Beach. They told me someone had put DEF fluid in the fuel tank and it would cost $20K to fix it. I was floored. I owned the vehicle for 3 weeks, it never needed DEF fluid according to the gauges so I hadn't had to put any in. There are 2 filler caps in the fuel door, One says DEF. It would take a special kind of neglect to make that mistake. Lee Nissan told me not to worry about it, it was warranty fraud on Butler Nissan because they had changed numerous fuel system parts JUST prior to me buying it. They also left DEF residue on the top of the fuel tank and some had dripped down the side when they changed the fuel sending unit. The ONLY way it could have gotten there was when their records showed Butler Nissan changed it. Then they came back 2 hours later saying Nissan would not fix it because it was all SPECULATION! I would have to pay the $20,000 bill. I contacted Infiniti of Macon and spoke directly to the GM, and he said he would get back to me. I never heard from him until over 2 weeks later and Still, almost a month later, nothing has been resolved. Records show that Butler Nissan and Infiniti of Macon intentionally sold me a defective vehicle. I bought it AS IS from infinity of Macon but it has a factory 5 year/ 100,000 mile factory warranty. Guess what's not covered. I'm a disabled Combat Veteran, Living off my benefits and they took advantage of me and want over 1/3 of my yearly income to fix something they new was wrong to begin with. If they didn't know, it's clearly negligence on their Mechanics fault. But isn't it convenient that Butler Nissan didn't sell it as a certified pre-owned? They are sister companies. They did this intentionally and with malice. I have the proof yet they still refuse to make it right. [HTML removed]

If you aren't local or can hire someone to look at these vehicles I wouldn't go with them they purchase a lot of auction vehicles and get them off and pass the problem to the customer to deal with now I'm stuck with a high interest loan and $9000 dollars of estimated repairs for a vehicle that I couldn't use since I physically received possession of it moral of this story is not to ever purchase a vehicle online.
