Salesman did not go over and explain all features and then had me drive the vehicle home after telling him the vehicle was misfiring while idling. One week later vehicle became disabled and had to be towed to dealership. Found out it had a broken valve spring in cylinder that GM was aware of problem. Had to have engine pulled and have all springs replaced in cylinders . Was without vehicle for 3 weeks with no cooperation from dealership to help with some type of compensation for this major inconvenience. I was told by the dealership it’s not there problem, and I would have to file a case with GM. After review by GM, they said nothing they can do. I got zero assistance from GM or the dealership. I would never return to dealership or buy another GM product again.
