They sold my girl her car and let me just say that it was the best experience to date for her. The Store Manager John went above and beyond to get her the best deal. He worked with her and made sure that she was 100% satisfied. His persistence to guarantee the best deal is extremely appreciated. It's rare you go into a dealership and feel so comfortable. John is always ready and attentive to any concerns and that is rare these days. Lamont (probably spelled it wrong, sorry). Is always there with a smile and an eagerness to assist. He also assisted in my girl getting the best car and was right there for any questions she had. You never feel like you're annoying him, he instantly gives you his undivided attention. Lamont holds every car sold here with a high standard, even preowned. There is no discrimination or judgment, just passion, and honesty. I feel very comfortable going to him and my girl does too and that means the world to me. Financing is efficient and she takes her time making sure everything is correct. This was far and away the sketchiest used car dealership I've ever been to and that's saying a lot. In a random alley, their stock was nowhere near up to date on their website, they acted surprised when I pointed out that the car smelled like the inside of a cigarette, and just overall a really weird vibe. The cars in stock weren't really great quality. They have high end cars but they are in terrible shape and priced as if they are pristine. They offered to sit at the computer with me to look at stock but I couldn't look a the lot and the whole thing was just weird.

Buyers beware that this dealership appears to live up to the 'used car salesman' stereotype!! While I had found a perfect used XC60 to buy all cash, I was trying to get all the proper paperwork and answers to my questions since I live out of the country and could not see/drive the car prior to purchase. However, I sent a relative to meet the salesperson and drive the car and while they were dragging in sending me the certification form and answer my questions on how to purchase, they sold the car to someone else. While I understand business is business, I had expressed my intent to buy but apparently it was easier to sell to another person without even giving me the courtesy or heads up they had someone else interested. Really poor business practice!!

The internet advertised price is the dealer's all cash price. This includes if you come with your own bank financing. If using any bank financing, they try and increase the price by $5,000. The finance team at the dealer is transparent, but only if you ask the right questions. Example, I had to ask about various fees loaded onto the price and discovered a $3,000 prep fee that they were willing to waive.....but I had to dig it out and find it. While seeming to be a fair market priced dealer, they are actually a negotiation dealer. I did like the selection of cars. Sales team was somewhat disinterested (but I was there late on a Saturday).
