He was very knowledgeable and courteous and if his desire is to continue sales, he will become one of the great legacy employees for Feldman. They advertise a car nationwide and will not sell it to anybody out of California. I never heard of such a thing and it seems ridiculous. You have to come in person to pick the car up and cannot have it picked up by a shipping company even if you pay by money wire.

They are not prepared for their appointments. Had appointment at 10 am got there a little before called when they opened asked for who I was told to and was told it's his day off. They had no idea what I was there for. Then wanted us to come in and sign in and then they would try to get someone to help. I asked for them to come out and was told they couldn't because coming in was their protocol. We drove a hour to get there and left without ever seeing the vehicle. Never going back.

I will never purchase a higher end car from a low end dealer again. I bought a Mercedes from this dealer and almost instantly had issues. The dealer was good at hiding the vehicles mechanical flaws and withheld information about the car also. I learned a very good lesson and when it came time for a newer car I went to a legitimate dealer and not some roadside attraction. If you want a high end car. Go to a real high end dealer.
