This dealer uses bate and switch, does sneaky unneeded add ons to contract, yoyo sales, tells customers that lie of a "we'll refinance you in a few months" knowing that they have no ability to since car is outside financed, they prey on ones who have limited English understanding, sales contacts are all different from what was discussed, they pretend that sales price or advertisement wasn't there, and hide the sticker pricer when you question em! They got us there offering top dollar for our trade in and now were stuck with a truck we over paid by $40k. Just stay away... Please if you feel that any dealer has ripped you off do the right thing and make your complaints to the FTC, Consumers Financial, DCA, etc...only way to win against these [non-permissible content removed] and predatory lenders is to go after them! Yes time consuming but what's wrong is wrong! I have contacted the owner and to this day nothing, all went on platforms and still nothing.
