Truly a terrible experience. Waited over an hour (after scheduling an appointment to see a specific car) before anyone even acknowledged me. Finally was able to meet with someone, but they had to bring the car over from another lot so I had to wait again. When the brought it was dirty, had hardly been cleaned, back seats were sticky. I was assured if I bought it would all be cleaned. Test drove the car, it was what I was looking for. So we went inside to discuss financing. We agreed on a price, they gave me a financing offer. All seemed well. Only issue was the car (a used Kia Soul) had Car Shield stickers placed on the doors to prevent scratching - despite the fact that the car was already scratched. Ed, the manager, said they couldn't take them off and added $500 for them. I decided to move forward anyway. Met with the financing person, she was very nice. Told me they were able to get me an even lower APR than Ed had told me before. Sounded great. We went over a few things and I signed all the papers, took the keys, and went to see my newly cleaned car. The car was cleaner, but left a lot to be desired. Oh well, I thought, it's over with and I've got what I came for. Later, when I looked over all my papers, I began to realize they changed everything from the offer I had agreed to. They raised the price of the car. Added on $1200 in accessories? What accessories? I have no idea. I was charged nearly $2000 over what we had agreed on - a lot extra on a $7700 car - not even including the car shield stickers. I'm very patient - I was willing to over look almost everything and assume it was just an off/busy day for them - but they knowingly fudged the numbers on our agreement thinking I wouldn't notice because I'm a first time buyer. When we've called to discuss they told us they had to raise the price in order to finance it for me - but if they couldn't finance it for the amount we agreed on I wouldn't have taken the car. Who is running this place? It's completely unacceptable. I'm beyond frustrated and upset. They've taken every bad thing you'd expect from a dealership and then multiplied it. Do not waste your time - go somewhere else. It is not worth the frustration. I will now have to continue to see if there's any way to get back to original offer we had agreed upon.

I've worked at car dealerships, and have bought from plenty over the years. My experience buying a 2017 Kia Sorento from Keyes Hyundai is how it should be done! I bought my car from Carlo, and he was great. I came in a couple times, and was hoping to get a newer Santa Fe, but was waiting for insurance money from my other Santa Fe getting totaled. Carlo certainly wanted me to commit on the spot (it's his job), but didn't really pressure me when I told him my situation. He also kept in touch with me over the following week, but it never felt like actual pressure. When I came back ready to buy, it turned out the 2019 Santa Fe was more than I wanted to spend. After a little prodding, he backed off, and then walked me around the lot, and found a slightly older Sorento (low miles, in great condition) that better fit my budget. We negotiated a price, after which he had the Sorento fully cleaned, and then he personally took it to the gas station to fill up the tank. Carlo went out of his way to make sure I left with the car I needed, and at a price I was comfortable with. I'll definitely be back when it's time to buy my next car!

Went in to look at a 2014 Civic. Car was in good shape inside and out minus some cosmetic issues that were easily fixable. Got a quote and they were trying to force sell a $1,595 “theft safety feature” that they claimed was pre-installed when I know for a fact it isn’t cause it’s illegal to do that. The guy claimed that all their vehicles come with it and that they wouldn’t take it off. Do not deal with them.

They will not sell you a car at their advertised price, as they add so-called theft protection and other useless add-ons for $3000. These add-ons are not disclosed anywhere on their many used car advertising sites, nor in-person prior to completing the purchase. In my case, this was on a car listed just under $6000 on Edmunds, their own website, and many other used car websites. I wasted more than 2 hours driving there and back, plus test driving the car, before they disclosed their true offered price. Avoid this place, do not do business with them.

I drove 80 miles to this dealership because I was planning on buying a white Honda Odyssey with grey interior. However, much to my surprise, the interior was Mocha Brown. A big difference from grey and the exact interior I hate. Wasted drive for false advertising. Car has been on the lot for almost 6 months and the sales manager insisted they are the lowest price and was not willing to negotiate. So maybe it’s still on the lot because of false advertising. They did have the audacity to tell me “I should have called ahead and confirmed the color” to which I replied “I trusted your website” all the while Cesar insisted the interior color was grey, so even if I had called that would have been the information given. The interior was clearly the “mocha leather” and the manger said brown or mocha is not an option to put on the website. I find this to be a poor excuse, as I have been shopping for an Odyssey for a couple months and all dealerships have been able to truthfully indicate if the interior is Mocha, so it is an option.
