***!!BUYER BEWARE!!***This guy MANNY MIRANDA is [non-permissible content removed]. He uses some bottom of the barrel used car lot sales tactics to rip off honest customers of their hard earned money. He made up very detailed stories about why a 2019 BMW X5 was brought back with only 459 miles on it, to try and convince me it was a great deal and nothing was wrong with the car.. “oh yeah he was a client of mine! He bought his wife an X7 and bought an X5 for himself, but then realized the x5 was a little too small so he brought it back and switched it out for an X7!” Later, only after being rushed through paperwork and having them pump up the offer on my trade in vehicles value to really sway me towards buying the X5, the truth comes to light. THE X5 HAS ENGINE PROBLEMS, AND THE DEALER HAD TO BUY IT BACK FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER. The Dealership service department performed the engine work, and decided to put “changed spark plugs” and “changed the starter” on the carfax to prevent the vehicle from being devalued, and to keep it from becoming a hard sale in the future. I asked for a printout of the work done to the car from the Head of the Service Department, and after finally convincing them to give me a copy, I found out there was 2 pages of information that was blatantly being hidden from me, in order to try and TRICK me into buying this NOT SO CLEAN vehicle. These items include: “PLASTIC PLUG JAMMED IN THE FLYWHEEL,” “OVERHEATED STARTER MOTOR,” “TRIED TO TURN MOTOR BUT IT WAS LOCKED UP,” “AFTER DISASSEMBLY, STARTED ENGINE BUT HEARD LOTS OF PLASTIC CRUNCHING FROM THE BELLHOUSING,” “FOUND LARGE PIECE OF PLASTIC JAMMED IN THE FLYWHEEL GEAR.” Not only is he[non-permissible content removed], but the extent of which he and his team will go to make their stories sound believable, while hiding the true history behind a vehicle make me believe that he does this on a regular basis. If you buy a used car make sure you look at all details of what extra your car has. They tell you in writing the car comes with electric door locks - that's a lie!! They tell you in writing that you get one year free service with SiriusXM not true only 3 months. They say we will call you on Monday(bought on a Friday 10-9-20) to make arrangement's to get the car back in for some paint service touch ups and they never call us? My wife and I email them with questions and they never respond? My wife was nice enough to bring in an extra key from our trade in and complains about all of the above, yet no one gets back with us. John Stonesifer seems nice enough, but has poor customer service and so does everyone we have dealt with at Wesley Chapel. Again BUYER BEWARE!!

We were looking for a used car and had a very clean, low mileage trade. We found a car that we liked and proceeded to negotiate a deal. The dealer's appraiser valued our trade which I thought from my research was a bit low (a 2014 Honda Crosstour EX-L with Navi and 38,400 miles) but that is part of negotiations. No problem. When the salesman presented his first written offer the trade credit listed was more than $2,000 less than their appraised trade value. The salesman quipped that the difference was because the tread on the tires had a little less than 50% remaining and any vehicle that they trade to resell with less than 50% must get new tires. First, the tire life expectancy is a factor in the trade appraisal and secondly, a more than $2,000 difference for tires? Salesman, Brad, stated that this was part of the negotiation and he promised an increase for the trade allowance. Also, the dealer fee is $899.50 plus a license fee of $100 as well as an accessories charge of $1999.00. I questioned the accessories fee and Brad explained that this is a charge for a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty. The warranty would run concurrent with the remaining factory warranty so in essence, the warranty is effectively a 23 month warranty. We continued some back and forth negotiation and the dealer's offer was acceptable to me except for the warranty. I told Brad that we would buy the car at the written offer minus the warranty. Brad stated that the warranty is part of the deal and it was mandatory for us to purchase the warranty. I have never seen this tactic before and we did not make a deal.
