Dec 18 2018 , I purchased a used 2010 audi a4 2.0t. 127kmile. Beautiful car. Until I drove I 400 miles , started burning oil , like 3 qts in that 400 miles. Not right. I took back down to tony. For my complimentary 1000mile 30 day that they provided me with and told them my problem and what was going on. They wanted to charge me 300$for a diagnostic , was not helpful at all they had no problem selling me the car. Drove another 400 miles. And realized something was way wrong. I ended up spending $ 7252.64 for a complete engine rebuild . On a car that I've owned barely over a month. So much for there 120 point Inspection. Will never recommend them . Only way for them to make it right is reimbursement. Highly disappointed have all the paperwork , you know who you sold it to.

Patriot auto will offer you a great deal on a gorgeous car with low miles. They will try to talk you into purchasing a warranty because they know they are selling you a piece of crap loaded with problems. I bought a car over the winter but as soon as it got warm enough to turn the A/C on we found it didn’t work. My mechanic friend went to fix it and found the whole underneath was rusting out and going to cause several thousand more dollars of repairs in the near future. He said if he’d looked at it he would have told me to run not walk away. They had sprayed it so we the buyer couldn’t see the rust. He also told me it’s not safe to drive to Mesquite or my future trip to Seattle. I can’t even resell it because I can’t do to someone what they did to me. Do not buy a car from Patriot Auto in American Fork.
