Dealer Review:

Zero stars! It's like most other car buying experiences, salesperson Beau was helpful. Slow sales process, pushing warranties, over priced accessories. I liked the truck so I smiled and dealt with it. Agreed to coverage for tires and paintless dent repair with the platinum wrap on the hood and doors. That's where things really went downhill. Brought truck in a few weeks later for wrap. Service rep (Amber) said sign this and don't total the loaner. She also mentioned that she had no help and manager was out sick. I was not told what loaner was or provided opportunity to inspect before being forced to sign paperwork. Drove loaner home and parked in garage. Noticed that evening (Friday) that rear passenger quarter panel had damage. Brought back loaner, did the right thing and asked if they knew about damage. At that time Amber stated she knew who had it before me and customer did not like her and also knew that it had been in an accident. Was told by service manager (Roger) I was responsible for damage as visual inspection didn't show damage before I took possession. I asked for proof of visual inspection and was told they don't keep any record. How can you state that there was no damage on inspection when you keep no record of said inspection?? I then spoke to my salesperson Beau as he is my personal connection at the dealership. He said that he was sorry, couldn't do anything for me because, quote "I just sit at a desk". So, needless to say, very poor experience and would not recommend them for sales or service. I'm now on the hook for a $500 deductible for the dealerships negligence.
