WARNING: Do not buy or lease a car from Atlantic Jeep Chrysler Fiat on Tilton Road in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. They are [non-permissible content removed]. I traded in a leased GM vehicle with excess miles and a deal was formulated to take those excess mile charges and wrap them into the payment of my new Jeep. The salesperson called GM to get the pay off, had his team inspect my GM to gauge its great condition and the deal was made including them eating the excess mileage charge. I left the dealership with my new Jeep as they took in my GM in as trade. About two weeks later I received a letter from GM stating that I owe $3,000 on excess miles. Atlantic Chrysler Jeep Fiat defrauded me and in fact did not technically take my GM as trade, they simply gave the car back to GM knowing I would be charged that excess mileage money. I have heard that car dealers who are on the verge of bankruptcy do this to stay in the game as long as possible and eventually get jail time.

The GM couldn’t provide my ANY proof of my car order being placed in August which raised red flags. Don’t order a Telluride from this place. Huge waste of time. I am writing this review with disappointment, frustration and regret. On my Birthday December 24, 2020 after weeks of searching for a Yukon XL I located one at your dealership. I spoke with Andrew who was and has been very helpful and professional throughout this whole process. I was told there one dent on the car and that other than that it was clean and nothing wrong with it. I drove 2 hours to get it.  Upon arrival I looked at the truck and noticed more than just the dent the truck had been hit in the rear and had several dings thru out the vehicle. I brought it to Andrew's attention and they took money off for it. It was raining that day so I didn't open the sunroof. After Christmas the weather cleared and I tried to open the sunroof it would not open only vent and makes a noise like air is coming thru so it will not close properly I also when to use the DVD player for my kids to find that it was also broken. I texted Andrew to inform him of the issues and he told me to take it to a GMC dealership. The dealership to my surprise informed me that the sunroof can not be fixed by them and that it is aftermarket and so are the heated seats and the DVD player. I informed Andrew and let him know that I did not want a Yukon that does not have factory features. He said he would get me another Yukon and to bring the truck to get looked at your dealership. On jan 25 2020 I drive another 2 hours took it back to your dealership for them to to fix the sunroof and it still did not close sealed. 3 days later while driving it the transmission went out while I was driving on the highway. I contacted Andrew to ask where to have it towed and he said to a GMC dealership. The GMC dealership said that the transmission needs to be replaced. Since then there has been no sense of urgency?? . I have not had a vehicle for going on a 3 weeks. I have work and kids that I need the vehicle for. I paid over $30,000k for a vehicle that had had issues from the start non functional sunroof...aftermarket heated seats and dvd player ... extra damage and now the transmission!!!. I reached out to the sales manager and blew me off and said "you brought a used vehicle"

I emailed them around 9:30 to confirm the address, received a reply withing 20-30 mins, on my way to the dealer I also received a text message confirming the address. After I get there, a sales representative looks in the system and asked me when did I inquired about the vehicle, then he tells me that it sold. Then they try to sell me another vehicle that is was twice the price. The sales representative when to talk to the manager who was about 20-30 feet from me, and he didn't even have the decency to go apologize for the inconvenience. I spent one hour each way, plus the waiting, plus fuel and tolls, and this is how they respect the customer's time and money. If I could give a negative star to this dealer and the manager I would, but just my recommendation is don't waste your time!
