I visited every dealership on Ynez road looking for a used truck, and this dealership was the most transparent and easy to work with. For example, every other dealership on Ynez selling trucks had a propensity to add “optional features” or “market adjustments” that added $3k-$20k on top of list price. Matthew Chong at Lexus was really professional and transparent throughout the process, and I did not encounter any hidden fees. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

made an appointment and asked to come at 5pm. No one provided help after 2 hours of waiting. Car dealers just hang out in the front office and refuses to make eye-contact as they are "short-staffed". If dealership is usually "short-staffed" don't confirm more appointments than you can handle. Why would you confirm an appointment, clearly see that someone has been waiting for 2 hours, and not help them/tell them to reschedule as things have been backed up? They are just aggressively telling people to come in and for people to take a test-drive without having the right staff to handle their greed. Waste of my time. If they have an issue with my situation/review, I will gladly upload the text messages confirming the appointments/the week-long conversation that I had regarding the car. Will not be coming back to do business with them

I recently sold a leased VW Jetta to Norm Reeves Honda Huntington Beach. I had issue when VW Credit played the game regarding the lease payoff amount for Customer and VW dealer is much different (less) than if i sell the car to any 3rd party on Non VW dealers. I never heard of this game before despite i have leased many cars before including VW. It’s a lengthy process but Kevin thoroughly followed up to get the help resolving the issue, and today I received my equity difference check. We had searched differed Honda dealership from San Diego to Hermosa that’s going to work with our budget for a leased red civic. Most of the locations we called were way over our budget and at 5PM we were ready to give up and head home to SD. Told my husband to check out one last location which was LAX. We got there passed 6:30PM and Karollos was amazing from step one, welcoming us, up to a point of finding a way to make it happen. He was warm, not your usual pushy sales guy.
