Even after that unpleasant surprise for "GPS, Paint Protection, Interior Protection" we haggled and settled on a number. They were so swamped that when we asked for an out the door price, they sent us on our way and told me they would text me the information I asked for. At the end of the evening I just wanted to leave. The car was clean and fully gas, I took a quick look inside and said fine ready to leave. Headliner was not clean and front air vent cover level missing. It has been several weeks and I can't seem to get any one to call me back to get this done at the dealer. The font tire became low within days of having the SUV at home, only to be told it is not covered. What a shame.
