This was truly the worst experience I've ever had with any car dealership. Jeff Costa acted like he was a nice guy and giving me a good deal when i went in to sell him my car. The lien on my car was co-signed by my dad who also had to sign to release my car. He did not pay me the day i sold my car and in total took about 2 months to pay me because he was incapable of covering his tracks. He sent the paperwork for my lien to an address across town from my father's house and took 2 weeks to realize that it had not arrived. He also sent my payoff funds to an entirely different state after i gave him the exact address to send them to. When I realized there were issues with the deal I attempted to call him and email him and he would hardly ever answer or respond. When I went to the dealership to speak to him in person I gave him the number for my bank to call and confirm that they received the payoff.. he misdialed and called a pizza place in his hometown. WTF. Every time Jeff gave me the information I would follow up with the shipping carrier or bank to confirm what he said and they always told me different information. I couldn't tell if he was incompetent and truly didn't know what was going on or if he was running me around in circles. I finally contacted the Colorado auto industry division and filed a complaint. The investigator told me that when he contacted the dealership they didn't take any responsibility for what happened. He still found them guilty of violating a written agreement. This is now a part of their permanent record. For 2 months i was without any money or a car. He cost me hundreds of dollars on ubers and was the worst businessman that I have ever encountered. They take zero responsibility and are downright negligent. Stay away from this dealership.

Ken Garff Honda in Orem sold me a broken car. The key would not turn in the car’s own driver-side door—information which they made sure I had no reason to suspect when I first test-drove, and never informed me of at any point. They brought it right up for me and made sure I never had to unlock it, which of course only seemed like courtesy at the time. It’s one thing to sell used cars under an agreement that there might be some unknown issues with them for which the dealer isn’t responsible—that’s standard for the car world. It’s an entirely different issue, and a major case of dishonesty and lack of responsibility and integrity, to sell a car with such a glaring issue. You don’t have to do an entire inspection, and assume legal responsibility for every little thing, to notice that the car’s own lock needs replacing; you only need to pull it around to the front for a test drive, which I was told several people did (for me and for others). Ken Garff Honda knew that this car had a major issue, which they unavoidably must have been aware of due to its nature, and they avoided informing me and have refused to take basic ethical responsibility for themselves since. I’ve spoken personally with Mitch Guzman and Colton Maxwell, but according to them they both spoke with their own bosses and returned with the same unethical avoidance behaviour. So I urge you not to trust this business or the people involved with it on a large scale, and look for your car purchases elsewhere. No amount of Honda’s durable engineering is worth the dishonesty.

I worked with Beth Deming, one of the sales personnel at LHM Boulder Toyota. At first we communicated via email and Beth was always responsive, usually only taking an hour or two during her busy day to respond. In my experience with other dealerships, some sales people wait two to three days. Beth basically did much of the leg work via email and internet as LHM systems allows the customer to get a car offer, fill out the pre approval app etc. Once that was done it was time to go pick up my new ride. I met Beth at her dealership and she was very personable and friendly. She wasted no time getting the deal prepped and even moved my new vehicle to the front of the dealership so I could see it the minute I drove onto their lot. I thought that was a nice touch as some dealerships will usually have to chase your car down in the back lot once you're there. During our conversation over email I mentioned I wanted the step sides but unfortunately that put my payment over an amount I was unwilling to settle on. During the process at the dealership, Beth remembered I wanted the step sides and mentioned it to the FI guy, Tye. Tye was able to get my step sides and even reduced my monthly payment from what it was without the step sides. The experience I had at LHM was very friendly and professional and I would do it again! I would highly recommend them if you're looking or a new vehicle.
