First, let me say this. ZERO STARS AND I RECOMMEND YOU SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. I had a horrible experience here and I will tell you why: I made a deal on a 2021 Silverado Z71 on a Tuesday night. Signed a contract, and because it had not received a pre-delivery inspection and it was late on a Tuesday night, I said I would come by and pick it up the next morning. My wife and I went to dinner and on the drive home, the salesman, Ramzy, informed me the truck was a GM buyback and could not be purchased – but I already signed a contract. The good news, he said, was he already found me a similar truck at their sister dealership in Buena Park, and they would trade for it in the morning. Certainly not happy, but I was patient and was willing to look at the situation somewhat positively and certainly patiently. The next day, Wednesday, I received no calls from the dealership. I followed up with Ramzy and was told the person in the decision making capacity at Premier in Buena Park was unable to make a decision as of yet regarding the dealership vehicle trade. This occurred several times throughout the day as I followed up. On Thursday, this followed and I received no calls. I contacted Ramzy by phone and Premier’s customer service via email. Ramzy took my call and informed me yet again nobody could make a decision. I was later informed by the Manager, George Keriakes, via email (he never called to speak to me), the truck I was supposed to get from Buena Park was now getting a lift and tires and I could not have that one either. I was asked to check other vehicles in stock because they allegedly felt bad and wanted to make everything right. The only vehicle I was interested in was a Trail Boss and another white Z71. On Friday morning, now three days later, I was called by the dealership at 8:30 in the morning. Ramzy, the salesman, said the Trail boss was unavailable because someone was making a deal on it at 8:30 in the morning. They get an extra mark up on Trail Boss trucks by the way so it seems this truck was not going to be in the mix, despite having several Trail Boss trucks in transit and arriving in a matter of days. The only one other truck I was marginally interested in was not any great deal and it was obvious I was pushed out of three other potential deals. This left such a bad taste for Premier and GM in general. Who does business like this? Management kissed everything off and made the salesman deal with me because they could not. What indifference for a customer and a veteran. Also, I have to mention, they will push all these BS add-ons you don’t need, so shop somewhere else so you don’t have to deal with lies, indifference and buying stuff you don’t need. I know, long story, but it is what happened. Ramzy is a great salesman and it is too bad he works for people that don’t care about doing honest business.

Dealer Review:

They advertise a car nationwide and will not sell it to anybody out of California. I never heard of such a thing and it seems ridiculous. You have to come in person to pick the car up and cannot have it picked up by a shipping company even if you pay by money wire.

Horrible experience. Strongly warn against trusting this company. I found a solid deal on their site for the exact car I was looking for, and was told it was "Shift Certified" by their 150 point in house inspection. Okay, so sounds like it's in great working shape. I drive an hour and a half to test drive the car, and the convertible top isn't working. I tell the salesman I would have bought the car on the spot, except a faulty convertible top could mean thousands in repairs. I tell them to please fix the convertible top and call me back as soon as its fixed. I don't get any calls. I call a few days later to check in, they say the techs are working on it. This morning, a few days later, I wake up and see a "sale pending" notification online for the car. I call Shift hoping it's some kind of mistake, and guess what... They fixed the convertible top yesterday, and never called me, emailed me, or texted me to let me know as I'd requested. And instead, they sold it to someone else. The hilarious thing? For all that F-, non personal, non thoughtful, dishonest service, they still charge a $1000 "dealer fee" with every sale – despite their 150 point inspection not being thorough enough to even catch a non working convertible top. Not only will I never be doing businesses with Shift again, but I will be warn every car buyer I know against them. If this is the future of car buying, the buyer is fully screwed.

I purchased a used vehicle from Pacific Honda in August. I received a "Due Bill" to have a part replaced on the interior of the door. No big deal. After not hearing anything for a week I followed up. I was given the run around by my sales person. I follow up for the next few weeks with no real answer of any sort. I always get a "I'll call you back." Never did receive a call back of any sort. Over a month after purchase I finally get through to a manager. Turns out the part was never ordered. Dope. He says they'll get it ordered and give me a call. Never did. I replaced the part myself last week. Cost $50 and took me about 3 minutes. Thanks guys. Appreciate the service. Absolute trash. Way to uphold your end of a agreed upon contract.
