The Taylor dealership has truly went above and beyond any of my expectations. I found a car that i wanted on am popular car finding app. Unfortunately they were almost three hours from where I live. It was a used car that I liked so the lemon law does not apply in this case. After a few months of purchasing the vehicle, I was caught in a large rain storm. The car died and the lights starting flashing, the horn was going off, wipers going, It was like the car was possessed. It was obvious that my car had an electrical issue which was not covered on the warranty that I purchased when i bought the car. Electrical issues are very difficult to track down. After getting stranded and towed twice and having the car in the shop numerous times I thought I was doomed. After a few calls to the Taylor dealership and talking to a few people, I felt I was getting nowhere fast. Then one day i received a call from the dealership owner. He reassured me that he is a man of his word and he stands behind his cars. At first I thought it was just talk but quickly found out that he was a business owner that very rare these days to find. After taking my car to the shop and talking to the owner a few more times, we thought we had finally found the root cause and all of the issues were fixed. Mr. Crosswell blew my mind by reimbursing me not only for all of the tows and repair bills, but also the warranty that I had bought. WOW. But this story does not end there and Mr. Crosswell totally changed the game and has made a lifetime customer out of me and you also after finish. A month later while on the interstate coming home from my daughters basketball game and in a rain storm with my son in the car. My car broke down again while in the middle of the highway. I called Mr. Crosswell the next day and told him that i could no longer safely rely on this vehicle with me or my children in it. He told me he understood and would stand behind his cars and fix it. Mr. Crisswell bought my car back for the entire purchase price and had another one, two years newer and 100,000 less miles, delivered from three hours away, before I got off of work the next day. Just WOW. I love my car and have had zero problems with it and even though my experience started as a nightmare, Mr. Crosswell made it into the most incredible story ever. He was completely honest in telling me that he was a man of his word and stood behind his cars, even used ones, so much that he has a customer for life and you should be also!

Dealer Review:

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE INTERNET CAR LOT!! They make money off of totally scamming people with salvaged vehicles they “repaired” and had “inspected”. The inspection for most states to qualify as a rebuild title instead of salvage title is basically a sheriff looks at the vehicle and VIN number and makes sure its the same vehicle and not stolen. They do not look at the vehicle mechanically in any way. I learned this after about 50 phone calls to the State of Nebraska Motor Vehicles to see what I can do about this mess. I am sharing this review because we got completely taken advantage of and I’m hoping to prevent others from dealing with our same situation.. We did sign “as is” but thought we could trust this dealership and were hoping to get good deal on a vehicle for my business. They seemed very professional and honest in all of their communication with us about our salvage title/rebuild vehicle. We drove to Omaha from Sioux Falls and noticed the heat in the rear portion of the van was not working properly. They replaced the thermostat before we drove home. After having the vehicle for a few days we noticed the engine temperature increasing to an unsafe level and losing heat in the whole vehicle. After digging into the engine further than our initial inspection at the dealership, my husband noticed a total absence of AC lines and wiring harnesses/coolant lines hanging on the manifold. I let our salesman know what we found and he told us the mechanic at the dealership would need to look at it. We were not able to drive it because it was constantly overheating and had no heat so we had to ship it back to Omaha from Sioux Falls. This cost US 350$ even though it was advertised to have heat and AC which it clearly did not. Their mechanic put the AC lines back in and hooked up the wiring harness, as well as a new radiator (which was not the issue in the first place and we were not notified or asked if this could be done). We then had a friend trailer it back to Sioux Falls for us. As soon as we started the vehicle and let it warm up we noticed it again did not have heat and was overheating. No one at the dealership had driven this vehicle or tested it before sending it back to us. I begged the dealership to please take it back and just be done with this whole deal. The salesman said they couldn’t take it back but I COULD CONSIGN IT WITH THEM AND LET SOMEONE ELSE DEAL WITH IT. WHAT?!?! So they wouldn’t give us our money back or properly fix a vehicle they clearly didn’t put back together correctly in the first place but they would be willing to advertise it for us and let someone else BUY IT AGAIN. I can’t believe a business can function on total dishonesty and not take responsibility for selling a product that was not advertised correctly and a danger to the person using it. We then took the vehicle to a mechanic in Sioux Falls knowing we would just have to dump money into it to get it good enough to drive. Our mechanic told us after looking at it for fifteen minutes that it was unsafe to drive. It would probably need a new engine, suspension, AC and heat units and that’s not even after digging into it very far. He said it looked like it had been put back together by a first grader and to not ever drive it with my 3 kids in the car because it was a ticking time bomb. We are now stuck with a 12,000$ vehicle that is not worth it to fix but I don’t feel right about trading or selling to anyone else. THIS PLACE IS A FREAKING SCAM!!!! I know I will get a comment back saying I should have bought a warranty. They push a warranty on the customer because they KNOW you are going to have issues and a third party warranty company can then deal with it instead of the dealership. I do realize we were a little naïve in the situation but again, I just want others to learn from our mistake and not give this business their time or money. It is NOT worth it!!!

Discrimination at its finest. Always have a white male present when dealing with them! My experience with this company has been awful. I came in looking and ready to buy a vehicle off their lot with no request other than to run my numbers and see if the payment works in my budget. I was given a quote that fit beautifully in my budget and my husband and I were excited to have the ability to purchase his dream car. The next day, I was told that the finance guy, Charlie, accidently ran the numbers for a different car and the payment for the one we had thought we were purchasing was now over our budget. I explained to them that human error happens and I understand and asked that they work with me to get the car into a price that will work with my budget. I was then told that they would drop a whole $100 off the price of the car and that this was the BEST he could do for ME. My husband then called the next day, not identifying himself as my husband at first, and negotiated the price of the same vehicle we were looking to buy. They were all of a sudden able to take $780 off the price of the vehicle for him. When I emailed them about this new price and asked them to now work with me, they refused. It became very apparent to me in these various encounters with the staff that they do not like to work with female clientele and will take advantage of them. They were rude and inflexible with me the entire time. Even after speaking to their manager, Gary, about these issues, I got a rude response short of him yelling at me and telling me I am ridiculous. This apparent discrimination in gender they have is inexcusable. As a paying customer, it should not matter my gender, race or any other potential prejudicial characteristics I may carry. At 53 years old, this was my first time looking to buy a truck. I walked up to the building and the door was opened up for me. I asked the same gentleman were the restroom was and he took the time to show me. I then started looking for a sales man, and the same man Tim Rome was standing by the door smiling. I asked him if he was a sales consultant and he replied "yes, how can I help you". The rest with Time Rome is history.
