Dealer Review:
I basically bought the car because of how I was treated by Phil. He was straight with me and understood that I was there to look at the Honda Civic manual and didnβt try to talk me into getting an automatic. I test drove about 10 cars during my search and spoke with around 20 salesman during this process. Phil was legitimately the best person that I worked with. The days of salespeople beliving they just need to get someone to the car lot and they can sell them anything are numbered. We have the internet now and can search inventory without leaving our home. We can watch YouTube videos in order to learn and anticipate how dealerships will try and take advantage of us by driving up the cost of a vehicle with unnecessary add-ons and fees. Phil represents the future of car salesman and should be training new hires on how to effectively assist customers in making a decision on the purchase of a new vehicle. Moving forward, I will be referring my friends and family directly to Phil when they are interested in purchasing a new car. The car is pretty cool, too.

Dealer Review:
Recently bought a used 2019 Mazda-3 from this dealership. The car had roughly 13k miles on it when it was purchased. Within 5000 miles of driving it, one of my back rear tires starting losing pressure. I took the car into a reputable tire repair shop and they told me that both of my rear tires were completely shot. I found this hard to believe since the tires "should" have only a combined 18000 miles on them. I went into the dealership and talked with their sales manager. He mentioned that the rear tires were at 4/32 when they did their pre-sale safety inspection. According to any tire dealer, 4/32 is the time that you start looking for new tires. The tires on the car are rated for 65,000 miles, these have barely lasted to 20k. He refused to do anything about it and then kicked me out of his office. I expect this sort of behavior from a shady used car dealership, but not an official Mazda dealership.
