Steve Vitiello was tremendous getting all the paperwork finalized by the time we got there, and thoroughly explained each document, which we were so appreciative of. There were no hidden fees or surprises, no one pressured or deceived us, and it almost felt too good to be true. Not only were we able to drive home the truck the same day to avoid multiple long drives, we were in and out in less than ONE HOUR, with a full tank of gas. That is just unheard of in my experience. Apparently car shopping doesn’t have to be painful, you just have to go to the right place. I truly can’t say enough great things about Romeo Chevrolet Buick GMC, and I will happily make the drive again to purchase my next vehicle.
