If you buy a used car make sure you look at all details of what extra your car has. They tell you in writing the car comes with electric door locks - that's a lie!! They tell you in writing that you get one year free service with SiriusXM not true only 3 months. They say we will call you on Monday(bought on a Friday 10-9-20) to make arrangement's to get the car back in for some paint service touch ups and they never call us? My wife and I email them with questions and they never respond? My wife was nice enough to bring in an extra key from our trade in and complains about all of the above, yet no one gets back with us. John Stonesifer seems nice enough, but has poor customer service and so does everyone we have dealt with at Wesley Chapel. Again BUYER BEWARE!!

This dealership is the perfect example of the bait and switch mentality that causes car dealerships to have such negative reputations. I wasted 6 hours because the dealership wanted to play games (3 hours drive each way from the Tampa area). I found a car that I really wanted and was ready to buy using the car saver website. I reached out to the dealership to make sure the price quoted on the car saver offer would be the final price and I was told car saver price plus taxes. When I got to the dealership they then tried adding $2,500 to the total price in “dealership fees”. The sales manager then tried playing the employee pricing game to get to the original agreed to price. The final straw was “by the way that car has 5,600 miles on it”. Really?!? You couldn’t have told me that upfront?!? No, they thought they had a captive audience because I drove 3 hours one way for the car. I asked for an additional $1,000 off the price and they said they could not do it. Be careful when dealing with this dealership. Dishonesty and profit over customer service is the name of the game at Naples Nissan.

This dealership is a rip off called about an explorer for $1999.00 cash sale was there in 20 min and they sold it out from under me if they ever had it the manager says oh well I'm here to make money your not paying my dealership extra fees for transportation cleaning pin striping I only make 13.00 they tried to put me in a $1500 vehicle with major rust and damage from a wreck with orange stains all in the back seat they got as a trade in less than 24 hours earlier couldn't tell me if the oil was changed I wanted to pay cash tax tag title he ran another figure which was a total of $5,580 + this was the 3rd time they did this to me in a year. They false advertise and just plain could care less ..jokes on this manager an $ 88000 mistake my friend which took me out there to labelle dodge went to Arcadia and is having a dodge built for himself labelle lost the sale...I liked the sales girl but this manager is gonna starve her and her family .she will never make a sale poor girl
