Six days ago, I inquired about a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee online. Within a couple minutes of inquiring about leasing this vehicle, Jennifer, the internet sales manager, called me. I asked her about the current money factor, diminished value, and incentives for this particular vehicle. She said she needed to ask her sales manager and would call me right back (You would think she would have this info on hand since she IS the internet sales manager) Well, six days later and still no return call. I don't want to spend my day off work siting in the Dealership going back and forth over lease rates. I called dealership after dealership searching for a new car and was about to give up. I finally came across Great Lakes Honda. I drove an hour away just to come to this dealership and it was totally worth it. The atmosphere was nice and the waiting area was clean and cozy! From the internet sales team to the team at the store, everyone was so professional and great. Cristina, in the internet sales department, and Jeff Cox, the in store salesman, were so pleasant to work with! Both of them did their best to help my boyfriend and I out and we both left with the Civic Sport that day. Mr. Cox was very friendly. I got sick on the drive up and he accommodated to my needs and was so understanding about it. The communication was excellent! Any time I reached out, there was always a response and I didn't have to wait days to get it!! The previous dealerships I had visited reached out to me to see if I had found a car yet and I told them yes and that I was going to Great Lakes. I told them about the deal they were giving me (compared to the other dealerships trying to rip me off) and let me just say this, THEY WERE AT A LOSS OF WORDS. Went to purchase a truck. Salesman spent more time telling us what he could not do than trying to negotiate a deal with us. This dealer has every stereotype from the old Kurt Russel movie Used Cars. You feel dirty talking to them. They do the let me go talk to my manager game but will not budge. We were 500 dollars apart on 35K and they were apathetic towards working out a deal. They were very nice, respectful and Professional.  Worked with Michael (Mike) O'Leary.  He worked with me with so much patience.  I got to dealership at 7:45 and they close at 8 and when I called he was waiting for me outside in cold. I was more worried about keeping them late after 8 and this was day before Thanksgiving day and I was rushing him.
