We recently purchased a 2023 Ford Bronco Sport ( Big Bend ) from AutoNation in Torrance and after driving it off the lot we had realized an issue with the tires. After calling/texting the dealership , a response came back from a General Manager ( Danielle ) that she would do all she can to take care of the issue. She went out of her way during time at work and personal time to make sure everything was to our satisfaction as a customer including the scheduling , the vehicle loan , and the service department.
