Great value and drivability

2022 BMW X5
We bought our hybrid X5 on a lark while driving cross country. Over the next 5000 miles from Santa Fe to Provincetown and back we put the vehicle through its paces and it never let us down. Last month though we got a warning and the vehicle went in for service at about 8000 miles. It turns out it needs a new shifter assembly and the part is delayed in Germany.The dealer gave us a loaner … so we are not without our wheels and I would still recommend this vehicle highly. We did not buy a extended warranty.
