Used 2006 Toyota Tundra Consumer Reviews
2nd Tundra
This is the second tundra that I have owned. I have been very happy with the second so far and see no reason that should change. The only reason I purchased the new truck was for the back seat. The new truck has more power, features, and especially ROOM. I have not take the new truck 4- wheeling yet, but the old (2000 sr5 4x4) was always more than capable. The new truck also has limited slip and ABS that the old does not. Great truck very comfortable, and reliable.
Very happy with Tundra
Very nice truck! This is a big step- up for me. Wanted to be able to comfortably pull my 20' boat. Not a problem and I can see around it fairly well. I have cloth interior which is comfortable and firm. I have not pushed the motor hard yet as I only have about 700 miles on it. V8 is responsive and accelerates fine for me. The ride is soft but handles well, smooth on the highway with good visibility. Stock radio is just that. Looking at upgrades for radio. Controls are laid out well. Lots of storage for gadgets and stuff for driving. The interior is good quality and fit and finish is good. The exterior looks are great. The bed is very big and ready for whatever I put back there.

AWESOME TRUCK
Out of all of the trucks out there you can not go wrong with toyota. My family has 3 all total. Toyota isnt given its credit for its solid designs and reliability.
Finally a Tundra
Just purchase this truck last week and I love it! It has exactly what I needed without the extra junk. I really like the rear window roll down feature and that it has a defroster. The ride is superior to any of the other trucks that I test drove. Also like the taction control option. Have not tested for mileage yet (only 100 miles). Excellent interior insulation from noise.
2006 Toyota Tundra
Well I did it, I bought this truck and am 100% satisfied. I won't be buying anymore of the big 3, I have owned all the trucks and none compare to the Tundra. I almost bought the Honda Ridgeline (had it prepped and ready for pick up) but after driving the Tundra I changed my mind. If you want a truck for truckly things the Tundra is the best deal. I was expecting a lite, lazy, over revving imitation of a truck. Not so! This is a truck in the truest sense of what trucks are supposed to be.
