Great Mid-Size Pickup

2005 Toyota Tacoma 4dr Access Cab Rwd SB (2.7L 4cyl 4A)

Have owned Toyota vehicles for
approximately 25-years, including a
1993 Extended Cab Pickup, which was
sold to purchase a 2003 Extended Cab
Tacoma which was traded in for the 2005
Access Cab Tacoma. What a Truck....
Rides like a Camry with the heavy
suspension feel of a truck. Cannot
complain about anything to date. New
trnasmission is very smooth. Excellent
Radio/CD Standard Sound System. The bed
is awesome...what an engineering design
for a pickup truck.

Best Features

Access doors for back seats. Excellent Ride quality. Smooth transmission. New Bed Design. Standard Radio system.

Worst Features

For general usage...a family pickup truck..., the 4-Cylinder engine is adequate, but if a lot of hauling is expected, then the 6-Cylinde should be considered. Allowing "Running-Lights" to be standard equipment on all trucks and "Fog-Lights" to be on optional for all trucks.
