Used 2005 Toyota Sienna Consumer Reviews
This Rock Rocks!
I have two GM vans, and cannot believe the difference! This is an amazingly solid and safe-feeling drive. The interior is logical, and the computer works the lights and locks exactly the way I expected! The tri-area heating and cooling is really an argument saving feature!
Can't go wrong with this minivan
This vehicle made perfect sense for my family with three children. Timing couldn't be better, either, with some summer trips to the mountains planned. The roof rack is very sturdy and Yakima makes planting the bikes up there an easy proposition for under $300. However, like another guy said elsewhere, running boards would make this task a bit easier. But $2,000?! I feel a little like a soccer dad driving this rather immense vehicle around, but once you get used to it, the Sienna feels very car-like. On the other hand, I piled some 4x8 foot plywood among other manly Home Depot pieces to get my machismo back. My main complaint are the too many gadgets to "protect" you - beepers/buzzers.

nice car
We have owned this car for a few months and it really stands out, but one problem is 2003 Toyota Sienna CE had more feauters than this LE, but not including the Homelink or the folding seats. The fuel economy is average for its power. Another thing is that the Honda Ody. EX without leather cost the same but with much better features like two power sliding doors and 6 CD changer!!
2004 Sienna
We have had the Sienna for 14 months donw, and I cannot find anything wrong with it. Great performance; easy for the kids to get in and out; the sliding doors and automatic opening and closing rear door are fabulous; the fold flat rear seat works like a dream; handling is good and the car is fun to drive. The only thing I wish is that we had gotten the AWD, not FWD. Great minivan.
Trip comfort/clearance
This is the most comfortable vehicle we have ever had for short and long distance trips. The comfort level is excellent, the gas mileage very good. We drove from AZ to WI and back as far as Colorado before running over a piece of metal possibly from a semi tranmission that took out the underparts of our van. Its still in Colorado. We fly up friday to retrive van from dealer that is replacing all the damaged parts. Wish it was a little higher off the ground, lost the brake lines, rear ac, transmission pan, shield off gas tank, exhaust system, cross something or other in front and even dented floor pan in rear. But was pretty big chunk of steel and no way to miss it because of traffic.
