2007 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited 4dr SUV AWD w/3rd Row (3.3L 6cyl gas/electric hybrid CVT)

We bought this car with "being green" in mind, and turned out to be a big disappointment. Gas mileage is not what was expected. Battery has failed three times. Seat heaters are mediocre. Horrible noise in car when back seat windows are down or cracked. Where is the Bluetooth option? IPod option? Third seat is for pets -- not sized for humans. Will not own another one.

Best Features

Quiet ride. Quiet engine. Good for parking because of slim build.

Worst Features

Better gas mileage; fix the back window problem -- cannot ride with those down or cracked because of horrible ear pounding wind vibration; seriously put in a decent nav system; leather seats look cheap; seats need to adjust better; rear air/heat; better seat heaters. Center console is bad design.

I well build car that doesn't leak (air) will have a buffeting wind noise with only the back windows down. It is how air acts. in order to eliminate the noise you must change the pressure which is easily done by opening one of the front windows slightly. hence you can have the driverside back window fully down and open the passenger front window a half inch or so and you'll be fine.
