Little "excitement" for Interior needed

Everything is GREAT w/ Highlander Hybrid! I chose Highlander because of its fuel efficiency (which they talk about, and maybe I can come close to WHEN I learnt how I should drive this particular car w/ at most efficiency) The only donw part of this car is Camry-like interior. There's nothing that excite me about Highlander interior. Top of line model is just about the same so I went for non-Limited one. In general, I love this ride and I feel/know that I made a great choice!

Interesting Vehicle

I do like the quietness and the driving response. It is a fun SUV to drive. I have yet to test it on a very snowy day - I hope that it performs, because I am used to 4wd. The gas mileage consumption has not lived-up to what it should be. The navi is great and the brakes are very good as well.

Smooth and Quiet

I have about 2700 miles so far and love it. Initially I had a little buyer's remorse since I had to pay top dollar to get the car, but in the end feel it was worth it. It is the quietest, smoothest vehicle I have ever owned. Unlike many other reviews, we seem to be getting the advertised mileage (assuming the computer is accurate). In city driving we get 32- 33 and just completed a 2000 mile road trip were we averaged 27.6. This seemed pretty good since much of the driving was at 70+ mph. The vehicle has plenty of power. It easily pulled up mountain grades at 70mph and had more power to go.

Forget fuel economy, think fun driving!

OK, the number crunchers figured out you couldn't save the planet and money, so the fuel economy won't justify the purchase price; but what if you factor in the fun of having that extra horsepower and sedan-like fuel usage, man what a rush. When you gun the car, passengers yell in glee as the performance is really breathtaking. The controls are expertly placed, the cruise controls, rear seat/storage space, the sound system etc. all make the added cost worth every penny. Even if there were a glut of gas and prices plummeted, the ride would sill be comfortable, luxurious and fun! And don't we deserve, nay demand fun in these times.
