1996 Toyota 4Runner SR5 4dr SUV 4WD

I bought this 4runner about 4 weeks ago. It had 111,000 miles when I purchased it. I am impressed with the design and trim. Also, the truck has a very solid feel to it. I think the starter is acting-up a little and the rear chrome bumper has some rust. The driver's leather seat has a tear and some wear. None of the wear is excessive considering the age of the vehicle. It rund like new and is fun to drive. The paint is excellent. I expect to keep the 4runner for a while and from the reviews I have read it does appear that the 4runner should be dependable for many more miles.

Best Features

Style, Comfort, A/C, Fun to Drive, and very solid feel to the vehicle.

Worst Features

I seem to be getting 17/20 mpg (city/hwy) with the 3.4 V6. Wish the fuel mileage could be closer to 20/25 mpg. I believe the newer 4runners with the 4.0 v6 may get close to this and I may trade for one in the next few years.
