We made an appointment to come in, test drive and finalize the sale. We drove 45 minutes the same day. We texted with the salesperson until 10 minutes before we arrived. Another salesperson said they left. Management said the vehicle will not be on-site for another month and the price is $15 K over MSRP. They came down to $8 K over MSRP. We felt like we were purposely deceived in order to get us in the building. Who would want to use this dealership?

When we got to the dealership we were concerned because it was out on a test drive, but luckily it came back and we were able to purchase it. The purchase went quicker and smoother than any other time I've bought a car. Scott was very helpful and not pushy at all. The car was a better price than we were expecting and a better price than what we had seen from other dealers in the area. They didn't try to mark it up or price gouge us.
