The purchase went quicker and smoother than any other time I've bought a car. Scott was very helpful and not pushy at all. They advertised a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid online, so I went up to see and buy the car. It was a mess from the start. The person I made the appointment with, Matt, never even showed up. Then, the woman manager spent 30 minutes saying over and over again "How could this happen?" She became totally flustered. I couldn't have cared less. The big thing was I brought my own financing approval with me. The managers who play your friend in the beginning all of a sudden are saying "You can't do that!!, or "We don't deal with credit unions!' or "We will only take a personal check from you or our financing!", which none is true. Their rate was absurd! I signed up with their rate, and I will refinance before the 1st payment is due. They make money on their financing, and they count on that. They have slick gadgets in the finance department to impress you, and try to distract you while you sign. CHECK EVERYTHING WITH THIS AGENCY!!
