2006 Scion xB 4dr Wagon (1.5L 4cyl 4A)

Traded a 2000 Jetta for this because we had a 2nd kid on the way. No chance we'd all fit in the Jetta. It's been fantastic. I used to miss my manual, but I've gotten over that. I'm 6'2" and have plenty room all around. Even the infant seat fit behind me. Plus it has calmed down my driving. There was an instant 10mph slow-down on the highway. Then, as gas prices kept rising I've dialed my old man driving skills way up.

Best Features

Best packaged car ever. Tiny outside, huge inside. iPod hardwired, fancy taillights. That's all fine and dandy, but the MPG has been the sweetest feature, sweeter every time I pass by a gas station. Used to do no better than 30 MPG, but recently got 34.4. I think I can do better.

Worst Features

A 5-speed auto would have been cool. Can't help but wonder how it would do with the Corolla 1.8 liter. Scion really messed up a good thing with the 08 model. 600 pounds heavier? Totally missed the whole point of the original.
