Great Car
By Dave on

2007 Scion tC 2dr Hatchback (2.4L 4cyl 5M)

I have put about 5,000 miles on this car so far and I love it. For just being right out of school, it came at the right price, just under $20,000 after warranties and extras. I think there are little things that they could do to improve the car, but its a good start for a fairly new model. I'm 6'2" and I fit in the front just fine and I can fit in the back but, there's not as much room back there. The clutch is kind of weird, but after using it for a bit it's not too bad. It has great pick up for just a stock car. The motor in it is the Camry motor, so you know that there is a good proven engine under the hood. I get about 27-31 MPG, but I think that they could make that better with a 6-speed transmission.

Best Features

The steering wheel controls, great look to the body, glass roof, how it is pretty good in snow, and the low price.

Worst Features

A 6-speed manual transmission would be great for help with the gas mileage. Offer different styles for the interior so all tCs are not the same.
